A TJ Consultants is recruiting IT Analyst (M/F) to be based in Maputo

Duties:

• Identify business opportunities and target markets
• Make initial customer contact through visits or calls and organize meetings with potential clients
• Be with the clients after the sells, study market trends and products to identify new opportunities and close existing ones
• Ensure administrative support in comercial area and organize meetings with potential clients
• Formulate business proposals for clients giving better
• Build meaningful relationships within the company and outside
• Ensure appropriate and timely delivery of service and products
• Give technical support for clients of the providing products
• Ensuring the operation of the informatics systems
• Identify, document, manage and solve problems
• Experience of systems and softwares using virtualization

Requisites

• Degree in IT or relative area
• Minimum 1-2 years experience working in a help desk/Jr, system administrator role
• Comfortable in a heterogeneous environment: Mac, Windows and Linux
• Familiar with Active Directory/LDAP, DNS, DHCP, VPN
• Office Suite and G Suite support experience
• Experience with virtualization and container technologies
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and basic networking troubleshooting practices
• Scripting/automation experience
• Fluently in English – eliminator factor
